Hi.. please help.. My kid is near to 2 yrs.. having a motion problem.. from last couple of moths motion was free but suffering problem from last 15 days.. now motion was very hard and it is giving seviour pain.. he is putting preasure to relase it but he couldn t...please help me with diet factors and how he will get free motion.. Please help....
