How To Treat Painful And Itchy Rashes On Skin?

Hi Sir, I have skin allergy since more than a year. Almost every one or two days i am getting rashes on akin. It is very pain full (getting itching and skin will swell for some hour) After taking half techzin 5mg table, i am getting some relax. Please advise me what to do to come out full from this allergy ?

for the allergic episode take tablet avil one to two times a day.
