How To Treat Painful And Red Boil In Buttocks?
My 2 1/2 yr old daughter has a really bad boil in her butt crack and it hurts really bad. The redness has spread out to the size bigger than a silver dollar. The head is a little white. Any help on how to treat her. I have given Epsom salt bath and made a past of Vaseline and Epsom salt and put it on.

I would advise you to take her to a surgeon. Type and extent of abscess needs to be determined before trying to drain in out.
