How To Treat Painful And Sore Boil Between Buttocks And Vagina?

The last two days I've developed what I'm guessing is a boil on the right side between my but and vagina and really high up nearly in the crease. It's really sore and feels like severe chafing. I'm in so much pain getting up and walking around to pack (as I'm moving these next couple of days) that I literally can't do much. Is there anything that'll take the pain away? It is a Sunday so can't see the doctor unless I go to the emergency department which I think is a stupid reason. It's such a bad time to develop! It can develop I really don't care. I just don't want to feel it right now! I can't afford to

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. There will be collection of pus inside the boil which gives you pain and discomfort. So incision drainage will be required to get relief. You can dress now with glycerine magsulf and betadine ointment. If pus (yellow) color is visible you can poke it and squeeze pus out. This will give some relief also. If not bursting by itself or increasing pain you should consult your GP for incision and drainage. Antibiotics will be required also.
