How To Treat Painful Lump On Back Neck?

I have a large lump in the back of my neck and little bit of the puss has come out in yellowish/greenish color. It is very painful moving my neck and very uncomfortable. Now it seems to be spreading along both sides and more uncomfortable and the headache is seeming to be from my sides of the head on both sides. What should I do?
