How To Treat Painful Shoulder After An Injury?

Hi sir, My mother aged 50,1month back she fell down and her right shoulder was hit. And now when she try to rotate her right hand she is feeling pain in her right shoulder.so is it a nerve problem or bone damage problem.can you suggest me what should i do now. Thanks Gyanesh ranjan samal

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your mother's problem can be due to rotator cuff injury of shoulder. These are muscle groups which gives stability to the shoulder joint. An examination with orthopedician will be helpful to rule out this. MRI might be needed in case of positive signs to confirm it also. If injury is minimal then conservative measures like analgesics, muscle strengthening exercises and physiotherapy will be helpful. If there is moderate to severe injury surgical correction will be needed.
