How To Treat Painful Wound On Anus?
I woke up one day feeling that I have a wound on my anus. It occured when Im sick. The wound, outside but also reached a little inside. The problem is its painful for me to poop because the wound hurts. Ive been putting a lot of betadine lately but nothing is progressing. Please help

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle.It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin.You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
