How To Treat Patient Born Deaf And Dumb?
my sister a special child. she aged 40 now and unable to hear and talk (people would say deaf and dumb). but i do not. it is by birth. how to cure this. now a days she is very down. Also we are not affordable to for high cost treatment. But still wanted to do something in best way for her life. pls advise
