Hello,

Ideally, perforated nasal septum is treated with surgery, grafting tissue to close the hole. Till you haven't had surgery done using a humidifier will be helpful, nasal irrigation and use of nasal spray will help to reduce the discomfort. Get clinically examined by an ENT, get treated at the earliest. For excess heat sweats in the night, you are advised to wear soft cotton breathable clothes that are loose fitting.

Take bath regularly and taking vitamin E supplements or food rich in vitamin E will help to reduce hot flashes and also controls anxiety and stress related symptoms. Take probiotics helps to reduce, the menopausal symptoms and weight gain. It also helps to reduce hormonal imbalance, thus helping to reduce hot flashes and helps temperature control.

Avoid taking triggers like hot spicy food, caffeine and alcohol, etc. Get clinically examined and evaluated by a gynecologist. If needed you will be advised to get hormone replacement therapy done. But it has its own pros and consequences.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
