I have IBS, gerg, aid refex also pulp s in my colon I have diverticulitis real bad heart burn all the time where sometime im in so much pain that im crying thinking im having a heart attack every time i eat im throwing my food back up then i have real bad pain in my right side i have had my liver duck open up before and my pancreas duck open as well i have been on aid reflex med.but nothing works what can i do please help me thank you
As you are suffering from other conditions also, for persistent chronic heart burn I will suggest diet modification.
If you are non-vegetarian, then you have reduced frequency of that. Add more fiber, vegetables, and fruits in your diet. Always take light, soft food. Avoid heavy meals. Eat early in evening. Do regular exercises with walking at least 30 mins a day. Don't sleep immediately after meal.
I will suggest you to take tablet Pantoprazole, tablet Ondansetron and consult with physician. If these problems continue, then I will suggest you to do Endoscopy once after physician opinion.
