How To Treat Persistent Hyperemesis Gravidarum?

Hi, I am Sushma suffering with hyperemesis-gravidarum from last couple of weeks, I am in 14th week as on date and cant eat anything even water is coming out in next min. Now i am hospitalized and on IV fluids along with Antiboitics (Pan inj and Emeset inj). Doctor are saying if situation is not improved we may need to terminate the preganacy. Did urine ketone test and its having 160 result. Please help me on this? Is there any speciality clinic where we can get treatment on this.
