Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.it seems that the pain is still there after your road traffic accident.so give rest to your right arm and take pain medicine.I am telling you this pain takes a little more time tofade away.so you have bear this problem for a couple of more days.but ceratinly with times the pain will be decreased. also you can see your GP for a X-Ray of right arm to know if there is any fracture of that bone. I hope a visit to your GP will help you to recover very soon.
