How To Treat Persistent Pain In Right Abdomen While Suffering From Pneumonia?

I have a pain just above my waist on the right side. On a scale of 1-10 it is 7. I went to the er on dec. 29th, They did urine and blood samples. The blood showed AST 76 and ALT 177. They did an ultrasound of my gallbladder - nothing. They told me I had aspirated pneumonia and gave me an antibotic. I am still in pain and now it radiates into my groin. Need advice please I am a 22 year old male
