Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain azithromycin is not seem to cause depigmentation and it is not to be taken in case if there is only pigmentation and can be taken if there is bacterial infection or conditions like Acne..
Tyro nase cream is a depigmentation formula and it can be continued..

I would suggest you to stop taking Azithromycin and should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
He can advise you to wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arutin..
Azelic acid containing creams can also help..
You can apply Vitamin E containing gel at night..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can start taking Vitamin C supplements..
Always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet..
You can also go for treatments like Photofacial, microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
