How To Treat Pilonidal Cysts On Tailbone During Pregnancy?
I am 15 weeks pregnant with number 3. When i was 32 weeks pregnant with my second i hit some serious road bumps that caused me to land funny on my tailbone. It hurt so bad i thought i was going into labour. I ended up coming down with pilonidal cysts shortly after that. I have only had it get infected twice and caused it to drain myself. After pregnancy i was using tea tree oil on tailbone area and it kept flare ups at bay. Now that i am pregnant again my doctor suggested not using tea tree anymore. I currently have a flare up happening and am scared it will get infected. Is there anything i can do besides just taking epsom salt baths?

Treatment of choice for the pilonidal cyst is pilonidal cystectomy. You should consult a good surgeon for that. Why should we leave it as it is to get infected?
