Dear Friend. Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
For pimples depending on the severity and grade , various oral antibiotics like doxycycline/minocycline are available. In few, with no contraindication , oral isotretinoin is also a preferred treatment.
For topical use, clindamycin gel in the morning and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% in night time is usually advisable. Avoid hair oil application and oily food in diet. Do not squeeze and popp up the pimples.
Alternatively , you may go for chemical peeling by an expert dermatologist. As per details, this is my best advise fr you. If you have any further query please ask me. Stay Healthy
