How To Treat Poor Blood Flow In Foot Leading To Numbness And Tingling Sensation?

Hi ,I have had poor blood flow to my feet for 4 years after an accident and damaged my back , I have had my feet scanned and was told I only have 1 artery working in both feet. But for the last 10 days my feet have been in terrible pain and are numb and tingle on the toes. What would cause this. ? Thank you Heidi YYYY@YYYY

Your symptoms are due to compromised blood supply to your led. Try to massage your leg. Appy warm water. This improves circulation. As you are having severe pain which may be due to tissue damage because of lack of blood supply you may need to visit your doctor to get it examined.
