How To Treat Pressure In Head, Ringing In Ears And Muscle Spasms?
I have had pressure in my head, ringing in my ears, headaches from temple to temple, across my forehead, and even muscle spasms in the middle of my forehead. All so weird and disturbing. Claritin D is not helping. This has been going on for a couple of months.
As per your query you have feeling of pressure in head ,ringing in ear and muscle spasm . The symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition temporomandibular joint problem .( TMJ) . TMJ problem occur due to various reasons like bruxism disc problem or misalignment of teeth . I would suggest you to consult dentist for proper evaluation of the situation . Doctor will examine it physically and order X-ray or CT scan to rule out conditions like wisdom tooth problem or ear problem . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory and give mouth guard . Doctor may also refer you to orthodontist for correction of misalignment or to ENT specialist if problem will be related to ear , Do stretching exercises of facial muscles and physical therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
