Your symptoms are suggestive of a chronic infection. For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests: - A chest X ray study - A sinus X ray study for sinusitis - Thyroid hormone levels and anti- TPO titer for possible thyroiditis - Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation - Urine bacterial culture - Blood bacterial culture.
Further tests may be needed in order to investigate for the possible causes underlying your complaints. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
