I ve psoriasis on my scalp back also chest and small patches on my legs, I ve used DOVOBET BETNOBET FOREVER LIVING-DRINKS & CREAMS, to name but a few also sunbeds which worked at first, any other treatments u cud suggest, next to try is coconut Virginia oil

Hello,

Cortico-steroids remain the treatment of choice for psoriasis. You are already taking local cortico-steroid cream. I would only add bathing with Epsom salt or oilated oatmeal to soften the scales. Applying respective compresses can also help. In case still no improvement, should see dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
