Hi,

The reddish bumps on the cheek with oedema suggest impetigo. Still, you consult eminent dermatologist for firm diagnosis. Antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice a day may be take for two weeks. You may take anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide with paracetamol. Serratopeptidase 10 mg twice a day may be taken to reduce oedema. You may be alright. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
