General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you are well aware of side effects of isotretinoin and stopped using it. ayour problem of pimples is related with hormonal imbalance which causes extra oil secretion from skin of face and any kind of dust, dirt can block it. The blockage causes its inflammation infection and pus -what you are facing right now. So the main problem is to control oil secretion and to keep it clean. If you are able to do these two things properly you will not need any medicine further. So my advice is to eat less oil, do physical activity until you sweat, do some yoga (pranayam) to improve blood circulation of face area, keep your tummy free of gas and acidity(with healthy diet at regular timings), plenty of water and clean your face time to time to keep it free of dust. Keep your towel clean with daily wash and for separate use. Keep your immunity level high with vitamin rich food. A regular use of these advices will help you a lot.
