How To Treat Radiating, Severe Pain In Ankles, Thighs?

My thighs are radiating in severe pain that goes down my calf , my ankles hurt too. I do have issues with my neck but don t think that is the prob I am 35 and feel like 65 I have pain every were and the doctors are not listening ,, GRRRR I wish I had A GREAT DOC WITH GOOD BED SIDE MANNERS

I think along with cervical cpondylosis you are having lumbar spondylosis also. I would suggest you to get MRI of the spine to see if there is any disc herniation and if yes then at what extent. According to that we can plan for further management. Till you get these tests done I would also suggest you to take Pregabalin and methylcobal tablet and back muscle physiotherapy exercises. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight or any jerky activity.
