How To Treat Rash And Skin Irritation Between Legs And Around Groin?
For months I have a rash and skin irratation between my legs in the crease around my groin. It comes and goes. I used to chalk it up to just chafing when its hot and im working. But now it seems to occur much more often and gets worse everytime lasting longer and longer. The creases even start to bleed and are exposed. I have tried anitfungal cream, sterioid cream, healing lotions, body powder. All help a little but no much. The creams almost seem to make it worse just adding more moisture to the area.
Is this the first time u are getting this? Is it associated with any new variety of under garments ? As u have tried most of the common remedies, a check-up is essential.Usually it could be allergic,, infective fungal is a distinct possibility. To control itching /irritation oral medication would be helpful, like Atarax (hydroxyzine 25 mgm) one tab daily at night. Do not use steroids for local application, the basic condition then becomes difficult to diagnose. Also please get your Hb and blood sugar done.
