How To Treat Rectal Bleed?

Hi...I am on the mirena birth control and I am not sure if it means anything but I have been having rectal bleeding and now I am getting nose bleeds along with it. I am not having any soreness but cramps in my lower right side and lower stomach. I sometimes get a burning stinging feeling in my upper abdomen and the rectal bleeding seems worse when that happens. What is wrong with me and is it anything I should worry about?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, bleeding per rectum, bleeding per nose are nothing to take anything with the oral contraceptive medicine unless it is being proved clinically.
Bleeding per rectum and bleeding per nose need to be taken seriously if these both happening altogether, if this is not happening altogether then bleeding per rectum could be due to hemorrhoid, fissure inflammatory condition these are the common conditions, bleeding per nose could be epistaxis and it could be idiopathic or could be due to cold condition, beside this several reasons are there but that needs work up.
hope this information helps.
