How To Treat Recurring Fever In A Kid?

Hello... I have a 4year old daughter...the past 3days she has had a fever that is coming and going she coughed so hard the other night that she threw up... Have been giving her Tylenol... It only helps temporary...then the fever comes back...last night it got as high as 104...what else can be done..should I take her to the doctor? ?

hello
please do cold sponging whenever the fever us rising more than 102.
if Tylenol does not help in keeping the fever down then you can start mefenemic acid syrup. give 5 ml 4 hourly. please don't exceed Tylenol from 1500 mg in a day.
