How To Treat Recurring Pimples On Face And Armpit?

HI DOCTOR, I HAVE A VERY HIGH TENDENCY TO GET PIMPLES ON MY FACE , ARM PIT AND NEAR THE crotch AREA. I HAVE TRIED ALMOST ALL HOME REMEDIES AS POSSIBLE BY THE PIMPLES APPEARANCE IS A RECURRING PROBLEM. I ALSO HAVE A VERY OILY FACE AND HAVE TRIED ALL SORTS OF CREAMS BUT NOTHING IS HELPING. PLEASE HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST. REGARDS, LUKE

I really appreciate your concern, such lesion could be due to infection and this need to be managed with "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg" once in day for 10 days, take for hygiene, drink more water, have regular bath at least twice in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
