How To Treat Red And Itchy Bumps Around Vagina?

I have what feels like a yeast infection, but I also have small red bums around my vagina that itch/ sting. I have googled everything and can not figure out what is wrong. It looks a lot like genital scabies but the inside of my vagina itches like a yeast infection. I m using monastat, can that help at all? What should I do? Thank you.
