How To Treat Red Skin Reactions From Contact With Hot Water Bottle?
Hi there. My health dilemma is: I placed a (warm to hot )water bottle on my lap for roughly an hour and several veins on the top of my thighs are red and blotchy. Many hours later they have faded but are still visible. Any suggestions on how to treat as well as how to prevent this from being permanent ? Thank you very much for your time .

1. Apply cold compresses to the rash.
2. Apply calamine lotion or a hydrocortisone cream
3. Tablet cetrizine 5 mg if itching is present.
