How To Treat Restricted Finger Movement Post Fracture?

ive been wearing a cast for three weeks know and i fractured my radius and ulna i was just sitting down and moving my fingers up and down when it felt like the tendons shifted and twisted, after that i tried to move my fingers and i noticed that my index finger wouldnt go up should i try to stretch or leave it alone
