How To Treat Right Sided Upper Back Pain?
Hi, my daughter has severe pain on right side upper back near shoulder - right arm is very weak and previous tingling in fingers - X- ray showed suspected cyst in spine. It's now 11 days with pain killers codeine tramadol etc. with no relief in pain.

I will advise you MRI spine. And if required FNAC of cyst
Then you can go for minimal invasive spine surgery and decompression of cyst if it is compressing on spinal cord.
Later on follow post surgery rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
