How To Treat Ringing In Ears, Fatigue And Runny Nose?

I have had ringing in bothmy ears for over three weeks. It started with just ringing and now I have fatigue, cold chills, runny nose, and some sweaty/cold feet. I did see my GP and he gave me a 5 day antibiotic that I took the last one today. Haven t seen any improvement in my ears since it started.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query ringing in ears, fatigue and runny nose is due to upper respiratory tract infection which is leading to inflammation of sinuses along with imbalance in pressure in Eustachian tube. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for CT sinuses if symptoms keep son poersisting. For ringing in your ears please put otrivin nose drops 3 times a day for 3-5 days. For relieve of symptoms of runny nose take levocetrizne. Take combination of antibiotic along with proper diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Do warm saline gargles 3 times a day. Avoid allergens exposure. Avoid oily and fried food.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
