How To Treat Schizoaffective Disorder?
My wife has Schizoaffective Disorder. She has a history of stopping her meds. She has left us at least 5 times, with no communication. Sometimes long periods. She accuses me of bad things. We haven t heard from her this time for 2 and a half months. We have 5 children. I don t know where she is. We have been together close to 17 years. Any comments on this?

I really appreciate your concern, if the person is having some psychological problem then it need to be taken seriously and adjusted accordingly, if you miss co-operate with patients then they would become acentric, now it is your prime duty to find her out, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
