How To Treat Several Pin Sized Red Dots On Arms And Torso?

I have noticed several pin sized red dots on my arms and torso. I am a medical technologist and have ran all sorts of blood work on myself and everything is normal, except my liver enzymes. I am on crestor for high cholesterol. I am freaking myself out thinking I have some horrible disease.
