Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

Kidney stones are formed as a result of crystallization of salt inside the urinary tract. It is facilitated when the concentration of the urine increases and when the pH of urine is low.

It is classically presented as a radiation pain from the loin to groin on the affected side associated with pain or some times blood in urine.

To prevent the formation of stones she has to drink plenty of water and see to it that her urine is white in color. dark coloured urine facilitates formation of stones. Has to avoid taking tomato as seeds of tomato contain oxalate crystals which can form kidney stones. Or has to remove the seeds before cooking tomato.

For the pain she can take painkillers like
1)tab. buscopan 10 mg twice a day
2)tab. Ketorolac twice a day

3) Syrup citralka 10-15 ml mixed in one glass of water trice daily after food will alkalanise the urine and help in dissolving the stone.

If even after these treatment she still has the pain then it is advisible to consult a urologist. Based on a scan report of the size and the location of the stone the treatment will be decided.

Hope my explanation is satisfactory. If you have any further doubts you can get to me any time.

Regards
