How To Treat Severe Back Pain Despite Taking Tylenol Post Injury?

Dear Sirs or Ladies,I had a nasty car accident 2 weeks ago where I broke two vertebrates and I m in a great deal of pain. I have allergic reactions to medicine that has codeine. I am going back for a follow-up appointment but I m not sure what my pain options are? I have only Tylenol, mild muscle relaxants, and I have a strong anxiety disorder that I have to take Zanax 2mil 3 a day and I have extremely bad nightmares and I can t stay, get to sleep.

For severe back pain you can take some pain killer like zerodol-mr or ultracet along with some calcium supplements like shalcal. Take some multivitamin once daily in afternoon. Do some physiotherapy exercises after expert opinion.
