How To Treat Severe Cold With Burning Red Eyes In A Child?

My daughter who is six has a very bad cold with burning red eyes.... what can I do to help this? This is the 3rd week of her being sick and she has been to the doctor twice now... they have her on a antibiotic amoxicillen with clavamox...I think??? Anyway is there anything I can do to help

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
In addition to the treatment already given you may
give steam inhalation 2-3 times daily.
Saline nasal drops locally will give relief.
Zn syrup daily for 2 weeks help increasing immunity.
