I have severe cramps in my lower legs front & back to the point that I cant walk until I work the cramp out some times 15-30 minutes 3/4 times a night. I have Type 2 diabetis which in controlled with diet. My foot actually turns in & that is when I can t walk.
For severe muscle cramps in your lower leg and back you have to take some pain killer with muscle relaxant like tab osteonac-th or tab zerodol-mr twice daily after meals along with cap evion 400 mg once daily with some multivitamins like tab neurobion-forte or cap zevit once daily with tab rantac or tab famotid twice daily empty stomach. Muscle cramp are basically due to deficiency of minerals particularly potassium or many others. You an also drink coconut water as much as you can as it is the richest source of potassium.
