How To Treat Severe Headache,dizziness And Temperature In A 12 Years Old Child While On Topamax?

my 12 year old daughter has had a very bad headache for 2 days and takes topamax for migraines. She has been very dizzy with this headache and her body temperature has been up and down all day as low as 95.1 and as high as 99.4. I am a bit concerned. Help!!!

physical rest ie lying down is the best give paracetamol(crocin half tablet) as and when there is fever and a maximum of 4 times daily. Topamax is the drug of choice for migraine for adults, withdraw the drug immediately
