How To Treat Severe Headaches?

I have been experiencing severe headaches the last several weeks/months. It is in the back of my head towards the base of my skull. Sometimes it hurts around the eyes. I used to be able to do normal routine but last couple days I have been in bed. Do you know what could cause this?

There are many causes of headache like Tension , Stress , Lack of sleep , Migraine , Sinus Congestion , Elevated BP . Problems in your eyesight or problem in Brain .

I would like to ask you since how long you are having this headache ?
Is there any Visual Disturbances?
Any vomiting Sensation ?
Any Irritation to loud sound or bright light ?

I advise you to get your BP checked, get your eyesight tested and get X ray PNS done . My first probable diagnosis is either Sinusitis or Eye strain . But I need more information asked above .

Kindly revert back to me as early .
