How To Treat Severe Lower Abdominal Pain Inspite Of Taking Cipro For UTI?

I have been having lower left abdominal /groin pain. I had a complete hysterectomy a couple of years ago. On Tuesday I was told I had a UTI and was put on Cipro. I still have the pain and fever so I went to a med check this morning. The doctor told me that since my temp was not 102 I do not have a fever and, without looking at me, told me I did not have a UTI and was not being treated for one. I gave her the papers from my visit on Tuesday and she told me that if I did not have a UTI and if I thought I was sick I should go to an ER to be treated. What should I do now?
