As per your complain severe mouth ulcers that are causing burning, bleeding and pain seems to be most probably due to an aggressive case of Apthous Stomatitis causing apthous ulcers or canker sores while it can also be due to other conditions that van cause ulceration like Bullous Pemphegoid or Herpetic cold sores.. I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like oral swab culture, biopsy and complete blood picture can help in confirmation of the exact cause and treat you accordingly.. As of now you can start taking supportive treatment to relieve pain and bleeding.. -You can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine as it will reduce pain and discomfort.. -You should suck ice and do cool water rinses to reduce inflammation as well as it will help in reducing bleeding.. -Apply steroid ointment like Triamcinolone acetonide over the ulcers.. -Rely more on liquid and semisolid diet to prevent irritation over ulcers that will enhance bleeding.. -Avoid spicy and hard foods.. -Do warm saline gargles. -Gargle with betadine mouthwash..
