How To Treat Severe Pain And Soreness In Ear Caused After Injury?

I jumped off a cliff probably about 15-20 feet high into considerably warm water. It wasnt too cold nor was it hot. It s about 3 hours later and my ears are hurting very badly. It feels like they are very sore and are very tender to the touch. What s wrong or are there ways for me to fix ?
