How To Treat Severe Pain Associated Vaginal Clear Fluid Discharge?

Had woke up last night with fluid coming out thought I had started my period but it was clear fluid and this morning terrible pains in lower abdomen think it might be constipation but after I have a bm I still hurt do you think I should go to the doctor or wait it out ?

Vaginal discharge along with lower abdominal indicates some infection.It needs a gynecological examination and antibiotic treatment early.If delayed,it can affect your reproductive health.Please see you doctor for early diagnosis and treatment.
