How To Treat Severe Pain In Jaw Along With Neck And Shoulder Area?

Hello, thank you for viewing my question. I m having moderate to severe pain in my jaw and temples, (bilaterally), and also moderate to severe tension/pulling sensation in my neck and shoulders. Besides advil, do you think I would benefit from a deep tissue massage? I have a mouth gaurd that helps a little, but I just wanted to know if the massage would be worth spending the money.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Pain in both temples, Jaws, neck and shoulder bilaterally needs to be investigated for the cause.
Besides Advil message will be not that much helpful.
I would like to advise you to start neck muscles excersizes.
Take Neuropathic pain killer like pregabalin.. muscle relaxant like tizanidine if the condition was not improving go for MRI cervical spine.
Hope it helps best.
