How To Treat Severe Pain In Left Buttocks And Lower Back After Injury?

Having extensive pain in my left but cheek after being push into a door frame and hitting the cement ground while I was pregnant with my most recent child. It s causing my lower back to hut as well. And im in pain all the time. Can t walk too far with out both hurting me. Cold makes It hurt more, heat helps minorly, standing sitting or laying down makes it worsen.

U r suffering from pain in lower back and buttock with history of trauma.
As it is constantly present it is Better to consult orthopaedic spine specialist
And Get Mri done.
General measures to improve back pain are
Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy Weights.
Hot fomentation thrice a day.
Muscle relaxants and analgesics will help.
Lie on flat hard bed.

Local Analgesic gel for local application.
Muscle strengthening exercises will help you In long term.
