How To Treat Severe Pain In Neck And Shoulder Inspite Of Taking Motrin?
Yes, a few weeks ago I was raking my yard and think I overexerted my left shoulder and neck, but then I was bit by an insect on the same left shoulder.. my neck, shoulder, and tricep of left arm is in excruitiang pain, even when I press the tricep the pain shoots up to my neck and shouder. Went to Urgent care and ER, only for them to give me a steoid shot, and a pain med shot- teradol, then prescribed Motrin 800 and a muscle relaxer... NOTHING IS HELPING THIS AT ALL, I AM STILL IN SO MUCH PAIN!. What could it be? Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if analgesic fails to work here then it may be fibromyalgia and this is functional condition try to come out of this, for that you need to be positive and practical, try some relaxation therapy, at the most "Tab Amitriptyline" can be used once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
