How To Treat Severe Pain In The Chest And The Shoulder After An Injury?
I was in a single vehicle accident 3 weeks ago. I fell asleep and rolled my car at 65 MPH and was suspended upside down when I woke up. I had severe chest pain right away. I still have chest pain around my sternum and both my shoulder sockets hurt. It does not hurt to breathe.

You can take Advil post meals, rub an analgesic gel and go for hot fomentation.
You might need an x-ray to rule out any bony injury and might need physical therapy.
