How To Treat Severe Pain On Right Side Of Thigh Caused After Injury?

I fell on concert in the right side of my hip/thigh I can move but it hurts and can bare weigh I almost fainted and got sweaty it hurts to move it side or twist leg ni shares pains .. feel tired and sleepy after fainty wonder what some scone for anything worse

Fall on concert onside of thigh hurts on movement had sweating. As per history of fall better go for xray of hip joint lest your neck of femur might have fractured if a patient with this type of injury had come to me it will be my presumption. If no fracture and i have to treat i will advise Injection Piroxycam one ampule daily fapor five days and an antibiotic say amoxy 625 twice a day with sporlac sachets twice a day diclofenac gel for for local use if xray proves fracture then of coarse nailing and plaster that orthepedition will decide.
