How To Treat Severe Swelling And Pain In Knee Caused After Injury?

During soccer, my right foot got stuck on the ground, and I heard a pop. Immediately I was on the ground in a lot of pain. I had decent range of motion. I tried standing in the right knee and I could. There was no immideate swelling.I went home, iced the knee for a while. Took Advil. Next morning went to a walk in clinic and they referred me for an x-Ray. Checked my knee in the night and there was significant swelling on the knee. Also I cannot bend my knee. It hurts quite a bit when I bend them.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the knee injury then I would advise you to get done the MRI because knee joint is very fragile unite and highly vulnerable for injury and internal structure could be the matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
